NOTE: Ok, your guess is as good as mine. Somehow, this book is different than all the other “grid” books but I can’t tell you how. That is a mystery that you should intrepidly solve, after getting this book. I will throw in an actual magnifying glass, in fact, to the lucky winner who takes it home, for reals. A magnifying glass. Just try and resist that.
According to Amazon, this book retails for $45.00— $23 more than what I’m asking — and ranks a sort of Sisyphean 1,124,455 in sales. The primary text of The Designer and the Grid is credited to Julia Thrift; Rockport Publishers put this particular 160-page hardcover edition out on Oct. 1, 2002, with Dewey Decimal number 741.0. The ISBN is 9782880466787.
