NOTE: This one is brought to you by IdN. You remember IdN, right? If you don’t, the fact that the book contains “CD-ROM content” should tip you off. I bought this way later in life than the point at which I was unironically looking at IdN. It’s kind of neat in that slightly-embarrassing late-90’s way, which if you lived through that period of graphic design you owe it to yourself to get this book and leaf through it with your hand over your eyes (but your fingers spread a little such that you can see with just one eye).
According to Amazon, this book retails for $59.00— $29 more than what I’m asking — and ranks a sort of Sisyphean 2,150,278 in sales. The primary text of Iconography 2: Life is credited to Systems Design Limited; Systems Design Ltd put this particular 192-page paperback edition out on July 1, 2005, with Dewey Decimal number 745.0.
