NOTE: Mr. Scott Cohen’s drawings are fantastic. The one thing I miss about architecture is drawing — up until recently I had a drafting table and a mayline set up for doodling type. These drawings are so logically nuts, to the point where you are guaranteed to get out your leadholder, for old times’ sake.
According to Amazon, this book retails for $35.00— $19 more than what I’m asking — and ranks an understandable 339,541 in sales. The primary text of Contested Symmetries and Other Predicaments in Architecture is credited to Preston Scott Cohen; Princeton Architectural Press put this particular 176-page paperback edition out on June 1, 2001, with Dewey Decimal number 720.92. The ISBN is 156898250X.
