NOTE: I got this in Japan during a book-buying bender. I was headed to Roppongi to go out dancing on my last night there when I got distracted by a bookstore, where I promptly spent all of my cash on objects that look like this. I had forgotten that there are almost no American-bank-card-friendly ATMs in Japan and that the subway closes more or less at midnight, so instead of dancing till dawn I took a hillariously inefficient walk back to my hotel while carrying two giant bags full of books. This was not a bad thing at all as it turns out, because Tokyo is an awesome city to get lost in in the middle of the night. Plus I got this book, which if you buy it I will permit you to tell people this story as if it happened to you if they ask you about it.

According to Amazon, this book retails for $28.00— $10 more than what I’m asking — and ranks an understandable 540,607 in sales. The primary text of BATZ is credited to Seigo Matsuoka, Onose Zyuniti, Takagi Takashi, Umino Hiroshi, Tetsuo Yamaori, and Shizuka Shirakawa; Ushiwakamaru put this particular hardcover edition out on Dec. 1, 2007, with Dewey Decimal number None. The ISBN is 9784434112874.
